WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
 

At this time Vaskire Crystal Co. is unable to accept returns for reasons other than damaged or incorrect products. If your shipment reached you and your product was damaged or incorrect please reach out via the "Support" tab to submit a help ticket and we will get back to you as soon as possible (usually 3 - 5 days.)

Do You Currently Accept Custom Orders?

If you're interested in a crystal or gem that you don't see in our shop please reach out via the "Contact" or "Support" tabs and we can discuss the possibility of adding products not found in the shop page to your order. We're always on the lookout for new and innovative products and it would be our pleasure to assist you with having these added to the store page for your convenience.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

On our website we accept Debit, Credit and PayPal payments. We also accept other forms of payment depending on the restrictions of our store pages on other sites. You can find these under our "Pages" tab.
