SHIPPING POLICY

How It Works

We ship primarily via USPS retail ground and orders can be expedited at checkout. Orders should be ready for shipping within 3 - 5 business days and will arrive depending on your distance from the physical store. We currently require signatures for delivery to verify that your order has reached the intended recipient safely. At this time Vaskire Crystal Co. does not offer international shipping however we hope to in the future as our store expands.

The Small Print

We do not currently accept returns unless product was received incorrectly or damaged. If your product was received as incorrect or damaged please reach out via the "Support" tab to claim a help ticket.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

About Our Policy

If for any reason your product arrives damaged or incorrect we offer to replace any product that is incorrect or damaged. Each order is photographed and tagged with its order number prior to shipping. In the event that a product is missing from your shipment we will reference your order and our photographic order record to confirm before sending new product. If product arrives damaged we will refund or resend your order up to two (2) times, after which customer will be required to assume responsibility.

Your Data is Secure

Your data is currently only saved through our supporting partner pages (Wix.com and Etsy.com.) Any subscription based emails from our brand are supported specifically through the Wix.com website.
